Thanks Aimee, I was so happy to be able to run after dealing with the stress fracture this summer!! Thanks for always supporting me!!! I took my time on this run and I stayed with my friend who was having some back and leg pain. In the end I almost had a PR after all!! I was happy to finish.
2011 I'm doing a full marathon:)

danny, you have double unders so do them. you will never get better at them unless you do them more frequently. once you are proficient, the power output is so much better than that of singles.
