1 Rep Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes
Start at approximately 50% of your 1-Rep Max and add 5-10 pounds per minute. Once you fail a rep, take the next minute off and drop the weight 30%, then continue doing 1 rep per minute for the remainder of the 20 minutes.
