W.O.D. 9.3.11

On September 3, 2011 CrossFit gyms across the nation and world are gathering together to honor our heroes killed in action August 6, 2011 with a WOD in an effort to raise funds for the families affected by this tragedy. All funds received will go to those families through the Navy SEAL Foundation. Use the link prior to donate or drop off a donation at the box. It's not necessary to donate, but the "SEALS" and their families would appreciate the donation.

"31 Heroes"

AMRAP 31 Min (As Many Reps As Possible)
8 Thrusters (155/105)
6 Rope Climbs (15 ft. ascent)
11 Box Jumps (30/24)

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m with a sandbag (45/25). Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.

Score – Total # of reps

*Scaling will be done according to level and ability.

We just finished this at CrossFit Prime... although I thought it was going to be the thrusters that were the worst part, it was the rope climbs (and I am good at them!!)!!!
