6 Rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
21 Kettlebell Swings (35/53#)
12 Pull-ups

Partner 1 will complete one full round and then Partner 2. Partners will alternate until all 6 rounds are complete. The rest should allow for full recovery so the rounds can be more like sprint intervals.

Community Notes:
All classes today will be held in the Annex (110C DeKalb Street), please meet and park there. There will be NO CrossFit Preschool class at 10AM. This will resume next week on the 9th.
