Community Notes:
On Saturday, June 1st at 12pm we will host a specially designed team workout that pairs adult members with their kids/nieces/nephews/younger siblings/grand children ages 4-18. Anyone participating under the age of 18 will need to have a waiver signed by their parent/guardian.

On Sunday, June 2nd from 11-1PM is our Open Gym. This is a FREE time for members to come and work on a skill, missed WoD or some additional strength work.

Shout out to 13 athletes that came out for this weeks CF Endurance track workout. The track was hot, and everybody remained relaxed. The workout was just slightly shorter today to stay safe, and get enough rest in.

Keep reminding yourself, everybody should be hydrating all day, everyday. There is no excuse!
I like to mix in trader joes electrolyte water too.

-wu 1 lap indian run
-4min run w/ 8 short 7-15 second sprint intervals
Main Set
-4x2:00 at your 5k pace, with 2:00 recovery

....and that's it! See you next week -- we are due for a 1mile time trial, come out Thursday 530pm to test out your mile time, and treat it as a baseline if need be.
