Bridgeport Barbell Club is now an official USA Weightlifting club #8028

Not only are the Olympic lifts an integral part of CrossFit, but they are also a sport of their own. You may have noticed a growing number of athletes competing in the sport both from our gym and from CrossFit affiliates around the country.

We decided it was the perfect time to have our athletes officially represent us when they compete at weightlifting meets.
