Nice work - it was hot and sweaty this morning, get ready those of you that are working out this afternoon!
16 hot and sweaty athletes tonight for Endurance track workout.
We did 2 progressive sets of intervals, meaning the second set was to be faster than the first set.
Set: 600m, 400m, 200m.
1 lap recovery in between every! rep, and each rep within the set is the same speed, so only the following set is faster.
If done correctly you are training your legs to keep moving and run when you are tired!
2x through.
