Team Cash Out
Teams of three will have 10 minutes to deadlift as much weight as possible.  The only rule is that the team can only use one bar.  In an ideal situation, each team will be mixed gender.  Someone that is not lifting will record the number of lifts made at each weight.  You can choose whichever weights you would like and they can be constantly changing. 

Example:
Ann, Bob and Cory have one bar between them.  Ann does 30 reps at 135# and then Bob throws on 45's and does 50 reps at 225#.  Cory then removes the 45's and does 50 reps at 135# and Ann hops on to do 10 more before the clock expires.  This team will have 90 reps at 135# and 50 reps at 225# for a total of 23,400 pounds.
