Mike T, what a monster! if there are muscle ups, pull ups, etc. in a workout, we can expect you to kill it. You bring a great attitude to the gym, hope you have just as good a birthday!

Laura, a big year for you: graduating and starting up your health coaching, coaching at KoP, triathlons, half ironmans, muscle ups....crazy business, but I know you will continue to set goals and achieve them. Happy birthday!
