Drew, Donkey's Westside/Strength class is a good option. It runs tonight at 5:30, Friday at 7:30, Saturday at 11, and Monday at 7:30. Donkey is also a running an intro to Westside (free class) this Saturday afternoon. Check the blog for details.

Thanks Chris! I'm trying to find a way to get in to some 7:30 pm classes, but my work/family/school schedule is not helping! Haha!

Nice work 430 crew....I know we talked about it but, dont under estimate the value of a few wall squats at home or the office. It will improve your posture and overall technique during the back squat!
