What do you do with Parallette bars?

W.O.D. 12.27.08
1 -100 M Sprint
2- Barbell Thrusters
3-Push Press
4-Parallette Push ups
5-KB SDLHP
6-Ring Dips
7-Pull Ups
8-WallBalls
9-KB Swings
10-Sit Ups
11-Squats
12-Burpees
Begin with 1 and then build up in succession completing the sequence backwards...2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1, 5-4-3-2-1...all the way to 12 ending at 1.

Holy Crap Today killed me.... Great workout though. Pretty happy with it, I definitely want to go head to head with you Aimee I wonder if the times would be different. Great job everyone...Except jason just messing man Great job to everyone that participated.

No need for that cardio stress test after all. I lived through this WOD, so I guess I am good to go!

I can't wait to see what is in store for my second official WOD.

Joe, you were giving the clinic on do it right or don't do it at all. Gotta love determination. Nice!!

Sorry I missed this. I've been eye-ing it for a week now but I have zero equipment available and just couldn't put anything even remotely like it together.

instead, 5 rounds for time:
10 L-pull-ups(half with leg swing)
10 O-head squat w/ truck tire rim
followed by 20 mins breaking and shoveling ice off parents' driveway - 20:08:41.

See everyone monday for my last full-tilt workout of the year! Then it's off to New Hampshire to put some of this hard-won fitness to work.

scott, your time may have been close to mine if you actually squated during the thruster. lol. BURN. kidding man, good job on the rings. you and joe were the only ones to do them right.
