Holy Big 6am!! They must like the long met cons...Way to push through this long one guys. The 6am group braved the steady rain when subbing out runs for rows. Saw some good improvements on pushups today too guys, looking good!!

a burner for sure, but being efficient helped in the long run. Saw some improvement in rowing technique, keep working on it! For those interested in damper settings and how it pertains to you as an individual, google "drag factor"
