CrossFit King of Prussia will be canceling the 6am and 12 noon classes on Thursday February 11th.

Is there an open gym tonight? or am I just making this up? I've been stuck inside for so long I can't think straight. ahhhhhhh...I need to get out!

I'll take a vote from anyone out there stuck in their house or in 4ft drifts of snow.

I'm gonna give this one a go...

For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats

Men will use a 95lb barbell. Women will use 65lbs. Each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once an he/she has completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees. There is a 20min cap.

that wod looks *startlingly* familiar :) i will try to make it depending on conf calls. but it's unlikely i'll be done by the time you're closing up shop.

Why did you have to throw burpees in there too? As if that doesn't sound hard enough! But ok......I may go a bit lighter to work on some form though.
