Take time out of your busy schedule to work on MOBILITY for 20 minutes.  When was the last time you did wall squats?  When was the last time you rolled or used a lacrosse ball?  Bond with your significant other or a friend through some intimate MASHING.   Recovery is equally important as working out and it is something that is often neglected...don't let it happen today.
