Olympic Lifting Development with Coach Steph



A 12 week program to develop your technique in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
This is your chance to take the time to dial in your Olympic Lifting Technique. This program is for you, whether your goals are to improve your Snatch and Clean & Jerk for CrossFit, to compete in Weightlifting or just because you enjoy the lifts. These 1.5 hour long sessions will include movements to improve technique as well as strength. For those who thrive on having something to work towards, at the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to compete in the Novice Division at the ECG East Coast Classic Meet (Sunday, May 18th at York Barbell) You are not required to participate but strongly encouraged to do so. This program is for crossfitters and lifters of all levels and abilities.

Dates:
February 23rd -May 15th
Thursdays 7:15pm - 8:45pm
Sundays 2:45pm-4:15pm

Fees:
24 classes (2 days/week): $300
12 classes (1 day/week): $150

Fees include additional weekly programming you can choose to complete on your own at strength classes. There will be an additional fees associated with meet/USAW registration.
