3 push press
4 Rounds for time - As Heavy As Possible:
4 Power Cleans
4 Front Squats
4 Shoulder to Overhead
(*if you have a barbell try 125#/185 or AHAP)
or
8 Rounds- With a lighter object:
8 Power Cleans
8 Front Squats
8 Shoulder to Overhead
(*use an odd object, kettlebell or dumbbell)
Quarantine Quads:
