At Home WOD - Day 21:
Warm- Up:
-10 leg swings each side
- 10 little circles, 10 medium circles, 10 big circles
- 10 press ups
- 10 knee grab
- 10 lateral toe touches each side
- 10 strict press
- 5 walk outs with double push up
5 2-minute rounds of:
20 dumbbell step-ups
Max reps of dumbbell push presses
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
Record total push-press reps for each round.
COVID Core Cash out:
8 Intervals
:20 High Plank
:10 Low Plank
Coaches Notes:
Get creative for what to hold on for the step up if you do not have dumbbells, jugs, laundry detergent...anything with a handle. The back pack (loaded with books) would also work here!
