Saturday, September 11th at 11:30AM - CrossFit KoP is hosting a FREE CrossFit class outside in the parking lot at Lululemon 220 W Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA. Everyone is welcome, including non-CrossFitters interested in checking it out or getting a great workout!
Sunday, September 12th from 11-3PM at Lululemon - CrossFit KoP will be helping celebrate Lululemons' 6 month anniversary. Join us for food, drinks, demos and fun...there will be a variety of local vendors present too!
