5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Consistency is the name of the game. Anything and everything that we want to achieve must done with a steady unrelenting pursuit of constant daily work toward thst goal. This whole idea of accomplishing something in one day is not only a fallacy, but exhausting. Lol, Be the turtle!
