Gymnastics Focus
For the remainder of July we're going to focus on improving everyone's gymnastics skills in movements like pullups, pistols, handstands, muscle-ups and more.
Learning body control movements like the pullup, pistol and handstand make you a better athlete and improve your balance and coordination.
These basic gymnastics movements create muscular endurance, which is useful in sports and basic life activities. Each day we'll focus on learning a new skill. Coaches will provide tips and progressions to advance to the full movement.
We're going to run a special Muscle-Up Clinic on Thursday, July 24th at 5:30pm. This will be FREE for CrossFit KoP members and $25 for non-members. The clinic will be taught by CFHQ L1 Instructor Aimee Lyons!
