in NJ, visited Crossfit Ignite (www.crossfitignite.com) and did their version of 12 Days of Christmas:

1- Pistol (per leg)
2- 200 Jump Ropes*
3- Hand Stand Push-ups
4- Pull-ups
5- Ring Dips
6- Air Squats
7- Push-ups
8- Box Jumps
9- Burpees
10- Sit-ups
11- Kettlebell Swings (53/35) (Russian style)
12- Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

*Started doing 100 du's then everyone got crowded so did 100 jumping jacks.
