My WOD today:
Roll a snowball around the yard. Roll another snowball around the yard.
Lift 2nd snowball on top of 1st snowball.
Roll a 3rd snowball around the yard.
Lift 3rd snowball on top of 2nd snowball.

Snowballs were seriously heavy and I didn't think I would be able to get them up. But I pretended that I was dead lifting them and voila! Functional movement training is paying off...in all aspects of life.

Thanks crossfit for helping me make a giant snowman!
