"10 STRUNG"
As Many Rounds as Possible in 25 Minutes:
10 Kettlbell Swings (35/55#)
10 Box Jumps (20/24")
10 Burpees
10 WallBalls (14/20# to 9/10ft)


(the goal of this WOD is to string the sets OF 10 TOGETHER!

Morning everyone. Ryan and I did this bad boy at 5:15 and it is HUMID and HOT outside and inside the gym. It is super important to stay hydrated ALL day today and not just when you show up for class. Try to wear something light because you will be sweating bullets. I have taken my shirt off three times in my CF career due to it being soaking wet...this morning was one of those times and I imagine it will just get worse throughout the day.
