Any guidance on weight for dumbell snatches?
I'd say choose one that challenges the end of your ability, one you have to actually think about picking up, but not too heavy that you are missing multiple times. I wanted each athlete to challenge themselves individually and not chase an Rx weight here.
Coaches of individual classes will help you choose.
That was a physical and mental challenge this am.
Mike P - on snatches we saw anything from 40lbs to Wax pulling out the 75lbs - strong wax.

Nice job today everyone staying after a tough WOD! It was sure hot, I thought my face was melting off at round three!
Anyone still feeling the affects of that WOD from the 4:30 class?
if so and even if you aren't please drink plenty of water and replenish your electrolytes!
I had to stop after round 4. I started to see spots and get light headed on the 4th round of kettlebell swings. Great job everyone who tackled that monster today.
