Can we followup with a WOD consisting of shots of Tequilla with salt & lime and maybe some Corona chasers?

I think the Corona is probably safe from Swine Flu. The tequilla definitely is. However, we had better have Granny DeSwine weigh in on this.

Just use your index and middle fingers. 1.stand them in an upright position. 2.Next drop them to the table then quickly stand them back up (3). 4.Once at upright position again touch your thumb and pinky finger together to substitute for the clap. repeat steps 1 through 4 until you reach the desired amount of reps.

Tim, can you scale the finger burpees?

Of course, Just add a third or fourth finger to the WOD. Added fingers is perfectly fine just be sure focus on full extension at the top and never leave form. Your thumb and pinky must clap on the full extension or the rep does not count. Meet all of these and you will be an expert at finger burpees.

Got home late from work due to influenza madness. Used my 35 lb KB.

Time: 16:40

Then did 28 burpees and a shot of tequila for Miranda. Happy B-Day!
