Great workout last night, and an excellent cure for soreness!

I did not like this workout. It hurt too much. lol. Lunges to Squats was KILLER on the quads. Ouch!
The soreness has definitely set in for me today! The longer I sit still, the harder it is for me to get up and walk! I blame the lunges to squats! Ouch!!
I still have a cramp in my butt!
