Deadlifts (155/225#)
Between each set of Deadlifts perform a max set of Handstand Push-ups without coming off the wall; there will be one set of HSPU after the set of 2 Deadlifts.
Your score will be total time and total Handstand Push-ups completed.
Handstand Push-ups can be scaled by doing partial ROM, utilizing a box, stink bugs or ultimately push-ups.
