CrossFit Endurance :
Tuesday 9/13 from 5:30-6:30PM - Meet at the gazebo with any bike that has 2 wheels, road, hybrid, mountain. All skill levels welcome, we will do a group ride, and a few short intervals within our hour period, do not be shy about coming out and taking a ride with us!
Nutrition Workshop Series :
How to go Paleo? Wednesday 9/14 from 7:30-8:30PM - 10$ members, 15$ non members.
Fight Gone Bad 6:
We are running this on Saturday 9/17 at 9AM & 10AM - All Members and Non-Members are welcome to participate or spectate. Remember it's not required to donate in order to participate but our goal is $1000 (at $20 per person we could be up to this goal in minutes). We are currently up to $450 and fighting for SOWF…or Special Operations Warrior Foundation. Click here to see our page and donate - even just a few dollars if you are fortunate enough to give.
