For time 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 rep rounds of:

Paralette Push UpsWith an Olympic bar holding only one plate (men use 45 pound plate, women use 25 pound plate), touch the plate on one side of the barrier then the other for one "rep." Barrier is 24."

Aimee leaves and we do the "Bear" workout, I suggest the day before Aimee comes back we do "Bear" as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes at whatever the middle round was, so whatever weight you did on round 3.

Thoughts?...I think it'd be killer and something new all at the same time.
