*Sam was not a typo that I placed on 3 different teams, he stepped up to the plate because Scott had to leave for a wedding and also jumped in and did the full WOD again with the second class. Solid work as always Sam! Thanks for being a team player!

Don't forget to have a bowl of Evan's Beef Cereal this morning. Part of a balanced paleo breakfast.
Also if anyone is interested, there is a running/endurance certification on Saturday/Sunday November 7 and 8 in Atlanta, GA. I would really like to go but would like to have some company with me. All you would have to pay for is the cert and flight (maybe split a car rental) board will be taken care of (I have a friend who lives right outside of atl) Talk to me if you are interested.
