The Masters

Our "Masters" athletes at CrossFit King of Prussia are taking things to the next level: 

We are excited to announce that Coach Steph, Coach Jim and Sarah will be competing at USAW Masters Nationals in Monrovia California on Sunday. There is a live feed available at http://www.2015nationalmasters.com/live/  "Good luck guys, bring home the gold!"

Cate Kelly finished 14th in the region in the Masters 40-44 and has qualified for the next step in the CrossFit Games as she moves on to the Regional Qualifier. She will be presented with 4 workouts on Thursday April 23rd and have until April 27th to complete them. If she finishes top 20 in the world she goes to the CrossFit Games...If you see her in the gym that weekend, make sure to cheer her on!
