Al V. was lucky enough to have me yelling and counting for him rep for rep at the nooner today. He did an awesome job keeping his hands on the bareven when resting. And we spent some time making improvements on the clean after!!

Grace is one of those workouts where you shouldn't breathe during the workout. Breathe after. Shout out to Luke who did improved his time by 4 minutes.

I worked up to a C&J of 140#. Not a PR - My PR pre-boot was 145# - so I'm close! :) I'm happy to not have lost too much while I was only working with one leg for a little more than half the year.

For those of you who may have had an injury - you can still get work in and you can still get back post rehab :) And I'm always available to give guidance on working with/around injury and helping to prevent it!
