If you interested in getting stronger, improving your proficiency with
the barbell and like the idea of a coach guiding you in a strength
class, then structured strength is for you. Classes are now on Monday at 6:30pm, Tuesdays at 10:30am and Wednesdays at 7am.
Classes count toward your regular membership.
