Props to Aimee for finishing all 3 rounds even though she just mastered the bar muscle up 2 days ago! Great job to Peter and Jim C. for getting their first bar muscle-ups ever!!! It was good to see people challenging themselves with chest to bar and working on getting more aggressive and higher body position on the bar.
