To all the athletes who competed on Saturday at the DE/MD/PA sectionals at CrossFit King of Prussia...CONGRATULATIONS!! We are so proud of everyone, especially our CrossFit KoP Athletes who competed and our ladies who qualified to get to Regionals in Ohio-Jen, Kerry, Nikki and Aimee. The box was packed and the energy high; each event was INTENSE.
To the volunteers and judges who made the event a success...your dedication to CrossFit and the standards allowed the athletes to compete on an equal playing field and the events to run smoothly!
To the spectators, thanks for cheering for the athletes and enduring a long day!

I copied and pasted the results from the 2010 games page, unfortunately the links for the results are not linked up properly...I will check back on the games page periodically to see when they are updated.

Great job everyone. Having the guts to compete in something like this is amazing to me. I was thinging about you all in the rain. Definitely hard core!
To all the KOP All-Stars who showed up this weekend..Judges, Athletes, Helpers.. AWESOME JOB! For those who were in the top 20... All I can say is wow! Go to Ohio and GET IT DONE!

That's Ryan - Warnek's buddy who he does the mainpage WODs with. He came to some of our free Saturdays in January :)
