i could hardly turn my steering wheel this morning on my way to work. this one burned.
Hey Hannah, let me know if you guys want to use the flatbed trailer to move some furniture.
Missed ya this week :-)
Kit- thanks for teaching us how to use the bands on ring dips...it really helped!
No worries Danielle. Glad it worked and you got something out of it. At the cost of normal shoulder and chest movement for the following 3 days, I stole that trick from P3CrossFit in Houston.
nice work today. Those HSPU sucked. I think you guys helped me convince/begin to brainwash my buddy James that CrossFit is a good thing. He'll be drinking the KoolAid soon
Sorry I missed it but no way could I do those handstand pushups!!
Hey Kit, next time you are there at class, can you show me that trick?
Thanks
Miranda- You basically hold the band in either hand and hold the rings at the same time and it boosts up both knees and allows you to better execute the Ring Dip with good range of motion. Similar to how we use the bands on the Pull-ups.
Miranda- Aimee's got you covered. I'll be working on them whenever i can though.
You all need to read this bullshit article that the NY Times wrote about Crossfit...it's ridiculous.

Here's an excerpt "The CrossFitters are not always so admirable. If you hang out long enough on the site, you’ll stumble on a garish cartoon clown called Uncle Rhabdo. This is one of the network’s mascots — a hideous figure, often shown vomiting — who suffers from rhabdomyolysis, a dangerous condition in which damaged muscle tissue enters the bloodstream. He’s disgusting. The clown is worshiped only half in jest by the CrossFit crowd, which can see exercise-induced injury as martyrdom to the cause."
that mascot is great though. lol
This may be a little late, but I have an extra yoga mat, I'll bring it for tonight if anyone needs one.
