I had to flush out the alcohol before I head off to a graduation party. Just what I need!
How did you score that Tabata WOD? Is it the highest number of reps in any 20 second interval for each movement? Also, do you execute all 8 rounds for one movement before moving to the next movement?
We counted the lowest reps for each of the 8 intervals and we compleated them in the order listed. No rest in between exercises. It was a burner...
