Did this at home. Sub'd 3X jump rope for the DU's:

Time: 19:15

Then did the following as my reward for not being able to do DU's:

2 Rounds:
10L/10R Overhead Squat w/ 20 lb DB
10 Squat w/ two 20 lb DB's
10 Thruster w/ two 20 lb DD's
10 Squat w/ two 20 lb DB's

Time: 19:30

I think I need to learn how to do DU's!

I will probably make it in Tuesday evening. Rest day on Monday.

We did the Valley Forge 5 Mile Run today as our WOD, the hills were just as bad as the one outside the box!

Results:
Tim P- 34:39(6:56/mile), 63rd/1067
Laura- 37:33(7:27/mile), 148th/1067
