20 Front squats (75/115 lb) 
30 Shoulder to Overhead  (75/115 lb) 
15/20 Calories Row
30 Partner medicine-ball sit-ups (14/20 lb)
 (Split the squats and shoulder to overhead as needed; one partner works at a time. – Alternate reps on the sit-ups. Athletes Row at the same time, each Athlete gets a rower.)

 
Community Notes:
There will be NO CrossFit Classes TOMORROW Saturday 4/1 - We are hosting Super Total. Please come out to spectate and cheer on your favorite athletes. 
Dana H, Kate C and Seth will be competing this year!!!
Classes will resume on Sunday.
