Congratulations

Congratulations to Pam on the birth of Emmy Christine born today at 7:40AM, 8.5 lbs, 20.5 inches. 

Mom and baby are doing great...and incase you didn't check the blog, Pam did a slightly modified Filthy Fifty on her due date, yesterday. Pam has been continually CrossFitting throughout her pregnancy and we are so happy to have another CFKoP baby in our community.
