Congratulations to Beth, Mike and big sister Emily. Margaret Anne "Mara" a healthy baby girl was born at 5:00PM today weighing in at 8lbs 8 oz...she was 'thoughtful' enough let Daddy compete in SuperFit yesterday. We cannot wait to meet her!

World Class Fitness in 100 Words:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.-Greg Glassman

Tim H has been coming to all my classes and his mobility is 100% improving! No doubt that within the next few weeks his OHS will be immaculate.
Tonight we worked with distraction stretching and working on opening up the hips, shoulders and taking pressure off the knee joint. Nice work everyone, I know this stuff is uncomfortable at first. BUT it pays off dividends if you stick with it.
