Community Reminder:
We will be closed on September 1st and 2nd for Labor Day, but open on Monday 9/3 for our kick off of the nutrition challenge and WOD at 11:00AM followed directly by a "going away/celebration" party for Donkey!

Tomorrow at 11:00AM we will host a FREE "GORUCK" training WOD. Open to "GO-ruckers" and anyone interested in participating. CFKoP members and non-members welcome.
