Handstand and Kipping workshop with Coach Nikki
Let our gymnastics expert show you how it's done. A kipping and handstand workshop with Nikki will be offered on Thursday August 26th from 6:00-7:00pm. This is a free session for all CF KoP members. Please post to comments if you are interested so we know approximately how many athletes to expect.

I would have come, but I have a potential roommate coming to look at the house at the time...are you going to do this again?? Goal for the end of the year is 1 ROM HSPU!

Nikki, this is a great opportunity and I would love to attend. I am out of town next week but I hope to be back in Philly to attend.
