Does anyone know if there are any boxes up near Lake Wallenpaupack????? I am going there for a week in September and I can NOT miss a week of CrossFit. I am going to go crazy with out it! Thanks guys!
Jas -correct, she is actually in the middle of FRAN doing a thruster yes. This was one of our WOD's the first day. Little intimidating having all those Level II's watching you like that too.
Miranda, just bring your bodyweight, a 35# KB, find a place to do pull ups, and you will be good to go for the week at least. You can do almost anything with that KB: Squats, OHS, Snatch, Push Press, Swings. Throw in the bodyweight stuff plus some runs and swims, and it is all good.
The threat of the burpee penalty is the only thing that kept me from putting that thing down in the last round. The burpees were going to be worse. Need to buy a 53# KB.
