Great quote. I hate when people say good luck because it is not luck...it is hard work. Enjoy the good times and struggle through the bad times so that you once again get to the good times. Communicate regularly and never let something that is bothering you build up and we will one day be celebrating your 50th anniversary with some crazy workout. So happy for you two!

Visited NEPA Crossfit this morning in Wilkes-Barre this morning. 50 wallballs, 3 laps, 50 pushups, 3 laps. Brennan runs a great box up here, but those pushups sucked after those damn Handler burpees!
