Thanks to the ladies who did the Bryn Mawr Running Club 5K with me. Hanging out with you after the race really cheered me up since I'm having such a terrible week. I am lucky to know such great people from crossfit.

Haha Nina. I think I lost some skin! I think that CF hates skin. Hands, shins, chest... All have some sort of issue!

Wahhhhhh

You need to practice delivering the barbell to your rack position and accepting the barbell from overhead like a catcher does a fastball.

haha Jason. When I was doing this, I would think (OK, perfect form), and then go through and the bar would fly up WAYYY too high. Then it would slam down on my chest. Then the next one I wouldn't think "perfect form" and it would barely make it up. Heavy weight sucks (not in a bad way though).

bar crashing is a very evident result of bending your arms too early. when the arms bend......
