Mobility Class

Don't forget about our Mobility Class this Monday at 5:30-6:00PM and 6:30-7:00PM

This weeks theme will be SHOULDERS!!!

Going overhead is a key part of many CrossFit workouts, but many of us have limited range of motion that affects how we do everything from pull-ups to squats. On Monday we'll address some ways to increase the range of motion in the shoulders by using bands and balls to remove knots and adhesions. A little pain for a lot of gain!
