On Saturday CrossFit King of Prussia hosted the second publicly available one-day in-person Fundamentals course.
This course is designed to provide an overview of the foundational methodology and movements of CrossFit.
It is available to individuals who are brand-new to CrossFit all the way up to anyone who has been doing CrossFit for years.
On Saturday participants including our own Terry, GiGi, Mae and Keith spent the day with CrossFit Seminar Staff trainers Aimee, Bobbi and Jon learning:
An introduction to the CrossFit methodology.
An introduction to foundational and common movements in CrossFit.
The basics of nutrition.
The Fundamentals course is ideal for anyone who has been considering taking the Level 1 in order to deepen their understanding of CrossFit, but isn’t interested in coaching others, yet.
