It is on a Thursday evening (6/17)on the Perkiomen trail. There is a happy hour hosted by SEI after the race.
for anyone that has the CF Journal, there's a new video of Kelly Starrett talking about stretching from Filfest. Aimee and Jason are in the foreground a bunch and you can see how their flexibility differs...Jason, I'd be in your boat with that leaning forward stretch!
that WOD tonight was brutal. thanks to coaches Chris, Cindy, Jeff and Jason for all the kind words of encouragement throughout. and Jen S--wow, girl.
Great job Jen S. I am impressed! Looks like you really gave it everything you had. That's very inspiring.
I chickened out on this WOD. I think I need to stop checking the blog before I come to the box. It keeps me up at night.
Thanks! That was a tough one. Couldn't have done it without everyone's support! Definately had to stay mentally focused to get through this WOD!
I just wanted to say thanks to Cindy, Jeff, Jason and Kerry. Last nights WOD was tough and a few times I wanted to give up, but having encouraging words from the coaches helped me through it.
Kerry thanks for getting me through my last 300M. Having you next me kept me going...
