Take as much time as needed to find your 3RM
Time to go heavy...Warm up first then accomplish a few sets at or about 70- 80%, then work to hit a new 3 RM.

ReplyDeleteDon't forget tomorrow if anyone wants a chance to see what they can run a mile in on the track I will be testing at 5:30pm at Endurance class.
After the mile, and after full recovery anyone wishing to do a timed 800 and 400 all out you are more than welcome. This will count as a official mark on the record board, designated with a "T" for track.
